However, please note: referrals in the energy sector
are excluded from our standard rewards scheme.

Referrals must be submitted via this page to qualify.
Only new customers are eligible.
Energy suppliers are excluded from standard rewards. Rewards for energy referrals are discretionary and handled on a case-by-case basis.
Rewards are issued after the referred customer signs up and passes any minimum contract term.
We issue your referral reward once the following qualifying conditions are met:
a. VoIP referrals: Once the new client has paid their first invoice, including any setup fees.
b. Mobiles or broadband: Once the referred client has been billed £100.00+VAT in total, or after 6 months (whichever comes first).

Referral Terms (Small Print):
¹ The £25.00 referral reward applies to referrals for VoIP, business mobile, and broadband services. The referral reward will be paid out as one of the following:
a) A £25.00 credit against your invoice from Wicomms (if you are a customer)
b) A £25.00 Amazon voucher
c) A £25.00 charity donation to a registered charity of your choice.
For energy referrals, as this service is delivered in partnership with a commercial energy consultancy, rewards are tailored to the individual referral and subject to receipt of commission.
² If a bill credit is chosen, the £25.00 value is inclusive of VAT and will be applied as a £20.83+VAT credit on your invoice.
³ Referral rewards are issued once qualifying criteria are met:
- VoIP: after the first invoice (including setup fees) has been paid
- Mobiles & broadband: once a combined total of £100.00+VAT has been billed or after 6 months, whichever comes first
